How to Import Woocommerce Products into Zoho Books Using Zsync

Method 1: Bulk Sync Products from the Product Page

1. 1. Go to the WooCommerce Product Page:
      • In your WooCommerce dashboard, navigate to Products > All Products to view a list of all your products.

1. Select Products to Sync:
   • Use the checkboxes next to each product to select the ones you want to sync with Zoho Books.
2. Choose Bulk Action:
   • At the top of the product list, find the Bulk Actions dropdown menu.
   • In this dropdown, you should see an option called Product Sync to Zoho Books. Select this option.
3. Apply the Bulk Action:
   • After selecting Product Sync to Zoho Books, click the Apply button.
   • Zsync will now start the syncing process, and the selected products will be imported into Zoho Books.

     

Method 2: Sync Individual Product from the Edit Product Page

1. Edit Product:
   • Go to Products > All Products in WooCommerce and click on the product you wish to sync to Zoho Books.
2. Sync from the Product Edit Page:
   • On the edit page for the product, look for a button or link labeled Sync Product to Zoho Books (usually added by Zsync).
   • Click on Sync Product to Zoho Books to initiate the sync process for that specific product.
