Troubleshooting & FAQ

  1. Copy and Paste Without Mistakes:
    1. Carefully copy the Client ID and Client Secret from Zoho and paste them into the corresponding fields in Zsync without any omissions or errors.
  2. Select All Fields:
    1. In the Zsync Authentication Page, ensure that all fields are correctly selected and populated. This includes choosing the appropriate Data Center and Invoice Type based on your Zoho Books setup.
  3. Save and Continue:
    1. After entering all the required information (Client ID, Client Secret, Data Center, Invoice Type), click the Save and Continue button to confirm and apply the settings.
    2. Verify Redirect URIs: Make sure the redirect URI entered in the Zoho API Console exactly matches the one in the Zsync authentication page.
  4. Ensure Internet Connectivity: Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable and there are no network issues preventing the connection.
  5. Verify Client ID and Client Secret:
    1. Double-check that you’ve copied the Client ID and Client Secret correctly from the Zoho API Console. Ensure that no characters are missing or accidentally added. Sometimes spaces or invisible characters can cause the authentication to fail.
