For technical support tickets, please upload your Website Status Report, which helps to understand your website environment. Generate it by navigating to your WordPress dashboard > WooCommerce > Status and clicking “Get System Report”. 

We recommend that you create a staging copy of your website and send us login details if possible rather than your live production details. As we may need to alter settings, disable plugins, update plugins, enable debug mode and possibly switch the theme used on your website to determine the cause of the issue. Please ensure to take a system backup before sharing login information with us, and remove our access once the issue is resolved. 

For Odoo module support, please include in your ticket:

• Odoo Version.
• Module Name & Version.
• Any customizations to the module.
• Error logs or screenshots related to the issue.
• Steps to reproduce the problem.
• Server specs (optional but can be helpful).
   
  We recommend that you create a staging instance of your Odoo setup and provide us with the login details, instead of your live production details. We may need to modify configurations, disable modules, update modules, enable debug mode, and possibly change the theme used in your Odoo to pinpoint the issue's root cause. Please make sure to take a system backup before sharing login credentials with us, and revoke our access once the issue has been addressed.

Before submitting your support ticket, please ensure you provide the following details:

• A detailed description of the issue or question you have about our Shopify app.
• Any error messages you encountered, preferably with screenshots.
• The name and version of the Shopify theme you're using, if relevant.
• Steps to reproduce the issue within your Shopify store, if applicable.
• If possible, the link to the specific page or product where you faced the issue.
