Generate it by navigating to your WordPress dashboard > WooCommerce > Status and clicking “Get System Report”. We recommend that you create a staging copy of your website and send us login details if possible rather than your live production details. As we may need to alter settings, disable plugins, update plugins, enable debug mode and possibly switch the theme used on your website to determine the cause of the issue. Please ensure to take a system backup before sharing login information with us, and remove our access once the issue is resolved.
