Techspawn Solutions is looking for a Technical Lead / Senior Software Developer to drive modern web application development, own architecture decisions, and guide a small team through design, build, review, and release. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable leading delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI deployment workflows.
Experience

5+ years of experience as a senior developer or technical lead in a software/product company.

Strong background in building web or cloud-based applications at scale.
Responsibilities

Provide technical direction, code reviews, and implementation guidance to the team.

Own complex feature development with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Lead development across frontend, business logic, APIs, and database layers.

Build and maintain modern web applications using PHP, Python, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3.

Improve existing codebases, refactor where needed, and raise engineering standards.

Work closely with business teams, developers, QA, and project managers to deliver quality releases.

Take ownership of modules and projects from design through deployment.

Design, develop, test, debug, and document solutions.

Monitor team progress and help unblock technical issues.

Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns.
Skills required

Experience developing large-scale, web-based systems.

Hands-on with PHP, Python, Node.js, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

Strong understanding of API design, system architecture, and performance optimization.

Comfortable troubleshooting issues in a Linux environment.
