How to Work with Order Notification
Enable Order Success Notification – Enable this feature to allow users to get a message on Whatsapp after an order is completed. Select the template that you want to send over via Whatsapp once the order is completed.
Admin Order Notification – Enable this feature to allow Admin to get a message on Whatsapp after an order is completed. Select the template that you want to send over via Whatsapp once the order is completed.
Order Update Notification – Enable this feature to allow users to get a message on Whatsapp after the order status is changed. Select the template that you want to send over via Whatsapp once the order is completed.
Verify COD Orders –This feature allows users to receive a Whatsapp message to confirm cash-on-delivery (POSTPAID) orders. The order is confirmed when the user clicks on the link provided in the WhatsApp message.
