We are looking for a QA Automation & Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in product testing, customer support, and automation. The role involves testing product features, reporting bugs, helping resolve customer issues, and improving quality through automation.
You should be comfortable using AI-assisted development and debugging tools, and have familiarity with Playwright, MCP, and tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor etc.
Responsibilities

Test product features and validate releases.

Identify and report bugs clearly.

Respond to customer queries and support requests.

Coordinate with product and development teams on issue resolution.

Help with small fixes and support tasks.

Use AI tools for debugging, testing, and automation.

Work with Playwright for browser automation.

Explore MCP-based workflows where relevant.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in QA, testing, support, or automation.

Good understanding of manual testing and bug lifecycle.

Basic automation or scripting knowledge.

Familiarity with Playwright and MCP.

Comfortable using AI tools for debugging and automated testing.

Nice to have
