Trigger Action Workflow Feature:
To use the Trigger Action Workflow feature, follow these steps:
- In the WhatsCart for WooCommerce plugin, navigate to the Trigger Action Workflow section.
- In the Trigger Action Workflow, you will find four different node types. These nodes can be used to create visual workflows.
Note: When using the Catalog node, ensure that the product catalog has already been created in the Catalog Manager section.
Example:
When a client sends a message such as “Menu,” “Brochure,” or “Manual,” an automatic response — “Hi, would you like to see our menu on WhatsApp?” — will be triggered, followed by two buttons: “Yes” and “No.” If the client clicks “Yes,” the product catalog will be displayed. If the client clicks “No,” a follow-up message — “How can we help you further?” — will be triggered.
