How to Use Trigger Action Workflow Feature?

Trigger Action Workflow Feature:

 

To use the Trigger Action Workflow feature, follow these steps:

  1. In the WhatsCart for WooCommerce plugin, navigate to the Trigger Action Workflow section.
  2. In the Trigger Action Workflow, you will find four different node types. These nodes can be used to create visual workflows.

Note: When using the Catalog node, ensure that the product catalog has already been created in the Catalog Manager section.

Example:

When a client sends a message such as “Menu,” “Brochure,” or “Manual,” an automatic response — “Hi, would you like to see our menu on WhatsApp?” — will be triggered, followed by two buttons: “Yes” and “No.” If the client clicks “Yes,” the product catalog will be displayed. If the client clicks “No,” a follow-up message — “How can we help you further?” — will be triggered.
