Getting Started with Settings

  1. Once you installed and activated the WhatsCart for WooCommerceIt will appear like the below image in the left pane of your WordPress backend

 

2. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce  > Admin Section

 

WhatsApp Bearer Token – Enter your unique WhatsApp Bearer Access Token.

WhatsApp Mobile Number -Enter your WhatsApp mobile number for your business.

WhatsApp Business Account ID – Enter your unique WhatsApp Business ID

WhatsApp Phone number ID – Enter your WhatsApp Mobile Number ID

Time Interval – Total time to set the cart as abandoned after a user leaves the site. (Minutes)

Enable DND -When an admin wants to not alert a user at a specified time, enable this DND setting.

DND Timing –  Set the time period you want to use for “DND”.

Enable Chat Support Widget- If we enable this setting then the whats app icon will be displayed on the front and the end user can start a conversation with the support.

Support Executive Number – Enter the whats app number to receive the message from the end user.

Daily Message Limit – Enter the daily message limit. Message Limit Count will be displayed in the Message Logs Section.

WhatsCart for WooCommerce also supports the OTP feature.

3. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce  >Cron/Template Settings

5. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce  > Manage Templates
Admin can manage the Template produced using the WhatsApp Cloud API here.  Admin can Update and Edit their template here.

 

 

6. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce  > Manage Widget

Admin can select the Whats app widget from the manage widget. Selected Whats app Widget will be displayed on the front end.

 

 

7. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce  > Template Library

Abandoned Cart > Admin can create a default template for abandoned messages by reviewing this template.

 

Order Notification > Admin can create a default template for an order Notification by reviewing this template.

 

OTP Messages > Admin can create a default template for OTP Messages by reviewing this template.

 

The end user can start conversations by clicking on that whats app widget on the front end.

8. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce  >  Abandoned Carts

When a customer leaves their cart, the admin can view details of abandoned orders here.

i ] Before the cart is considered Abandoned, its status is displayed as “Pending“.

ii]The cart is considered abandoned and immediately changes to “Abandoned” as indicated in the below image as it reaches the “Time Interval” value defined by the admin.

iii]The status of the Abandoned order turns to “Recovered” once the order has been placed, as indicated in the figure below.

9. Go to WhatsCart for WooCommerce >  Chat

Note:  Webhooks configuration is mandatory when using the chat feature.
