We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (IT) to support end-to-end hiring for technical roles and help build strong engineering teams. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring timelines while using modern and AI-assisted recruiting workflows.
Key responsibilities

Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and talent databases.

Screen and shortlist profiles based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews, along with technical assessments.

Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS or tracking sheets.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth progress and timely closures.

Support salary discussions, offer negotiation, and joining coordination.

Track hiring progress and suggest improvements to sourcing and pipeline quality.
AI and modern recruitment workflows

Use AI tools for sourcing, resume screening, outreach, and pipeline management.

Stay updated with 2026 recruitment trends, including smarter automation and analytics-driven hiring.
Required skills and experience

1.5 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates for software and technology roles.

Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and basic ATS usage.
