How to Receive Free Support

To receive free support, please follow these steps:

  2. Submit Required Information: Provide the necessary details including the Product Name, Purchase Code, and your website URL for license verification.
  3. Describe the Issue: Include a detailed description of the issue you’re facing, along with relevant screenshots or other supporting materials.
  4. Submit a Support Ticket: Once all information is provided, submit the ticket and await a response. Our team will typically respond within 14-24 hours.
