Filter Locations Based on Radius
This feature allows you to display relevant store locations to visitors based on:
- Visitors’ Country: Show locations specific to the visitor’s country.
- Location Radius: Set a distance radius (in Km) to filter locations displayed near the visitor.
Country and Location Detection
This feature enables the detection of customer location and country through various methods to provide a personalized experience:
- Location Detection:
- Detect location by browser: Automatically identify the customer’s location using browser permissions.
- Detect location by IPInfo (Coming Soon): Advanced IP-based detection for future use.
- Country Detection:
- Detect Country by IP: Uses a public API for accurate country-level estimation.
- Detect Country by MaxMind API (Coming Soon): Enhanced IP-based detection for precise accuracy.
- Detect Country by Shopify Market: Allows customers to manually select their country through the Shopify Market feature.
- Detect Country by Browser (Google Maps API): Requires user permission for browser location, providing city-level accuracy.
To the right of each method is a pair of arrow buttons (up/down), indicating you can reorder the priority of these methods. If one method fails to detect the user’s country, the system moves on to the next method in the active (enabled) list.
