We are actively hiring for several roles on our team.We’d like to add some additional design/front-end capabilities as well as several back-end or full-stack web developers and designers to our team.

As part of a small team you will play a key role in the growth of the company by ensuring web services are designed, developed and deployed to assist in our marketing and sales objectives.More about these roles can be found on our careers page.

We’re looking for people with enough experience and skills  that they can contribute right away and always flexible on work on different technologies or skills. All of these roles will be primarily responsible for working on billable projects and solving problems for our clients. There will also be an opportunity to be involved in supporting internal product and marketing initiatives from time to time.

We’re looking for a designers and developers with at least 1–2 years experience coding websites using current best practices (see requirements below). If you are passionate about the web and got strong web designing and development skills then, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in front-end web languages/mark-up (HTML5, CSS3)
  • Ability to code responsive website solutions using CSS frameworks (e.g. Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, Canvas)
  • Experience with using WordPress as a CMS
  • Experience of converting  visual mockups PSD’s into semantic and standard compliant HTML and CSS.
  • Web Design prototyping skills (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
  • Experience with PHP, Drupal, Concrete5 or Magento
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript libraries (jQuery is a must)
  • Proficiency in cross browser compatibility (FF 3.4+, IE8+, WebKit browsers)
  • Excellent in English communication
Bonus Points
  • Experience with version tracking (preferably GIT)
  • Experience with on & off-page SEO
  • Loves computer games and hardcore gamer.

We are primarily hiring for our Pune office.
