With Syncy – WooCommerce Square Sync and Payments, syncing customers between WooCommerce and Square is simple and straightforward. Syncy allows you to keep your customer data synchronized seamlessly across both platforms, supporting both import and export of customer information. This ensures that your customer records are always up-to-date, whether they originate in your physical store (Square) or through online orders in WooCommerce.
Importing Customers from Square to WooCommerce
Step 1: View All Customers in Square
- Navigate to Customers Page: Log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to Syncy > Customers > Square Customers.
- View Customer List: This page displays all customers currently available in your Square account, providing you with a full overview of existing customer data.
Step 2: Select Customers to Import
- Individual Import: Use the Import button next to each customer’s details to select individual customers that you want to import into WooCommerce.
- Bulk Import Option: For larger databases, you can select multiple customers using the checkboxes next to each name and click on the Bulk Import button at the top of the table. This feature helps save time when dealing with extensive customer records.
Step 4: Execute Import
After selecting the customers and customizing the data, click Run Import to bring all the selected customers into WooCommerce. This ensures all customer information is up-to-date across both platforms.
Exporting Customers from WooCommerce to Square
Step 1: View WooCommerce Customers
- Navigate to Syncy > Customers > Woo Customers in your WordPress dashboard. This page displays all customers who have registered or made a purchase in your WooCommerce store.
Step 2: Select Customers to Export
- Individual Customer Export: Use the Export button next to each customer’s details to initiate export to Square.
- Bulk Export Option: Select multiple customers using the checkboxes and click on the Bulk Export button to sync them all at once to your Square account.
Step 3: Confirm Export Success
- After the export is complete, log in to your Square Dashboard and navigate to Customers to verify that the WooCommerce customers are now available in Square.
