How to Import Square Products into WooCommerce Using Syncy

Importing your Square products into WooCommerce using Syncy – WooCommerce Square Sync and Payments is simple and efficient. With Syncy, you can easily keep your WooCommerce store updated, accurately reflecting your Square inventory. Step 1: View All Products in Square 

To begin the process of importing your products, navigate to Syncy > Products > Sqaure Products in your WordPress dashboard. This page displays all products available in your Square account, giving you a comprehensive overview of your inventory. You have the flexibility to decide whether you want to import all of your products or just a select few. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to browse your inventory and determine which items to sync, optimizing your e-commerce operations. 

Step 2: Select Products to Import 

  • Select Individual or Bulk Products: Use the Import button located on the right side of the product list to select the products you want to import into WooCommerce. 
  • Bulk Import Option: If you have a large inventory, you can use choose multiplease products from checkbox and then click Bulk Import button located at the top of the product table to import all items at once. This feature is particularly useful for saving time when dealing with numerous products. 

Step 3: Customize Your Import Data 

With Syncy, you can customize the data attributes to import from Square to WooCommerce. Available options include: 

  • Title: Import the product name to keep listings consistent.

Follow this streamlined guide to export your products efficiently, ensuring consistency across platforms. 

Single Product Export to Square 

  1. Access the Product: Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce > Products, and select the product you wish to export. 
  1. Export to Square: On the product edit page, click the Export to Square button above the Update/Publish block to initiate the export. 
  1. Sync Linked Products: If the product already exists in Square, use the Sync option to update data, ensuring all information is aligned. 

Bulk Export WooCommerce Products to Square 

  1. Access Bulk Export Feature: Log in to WordPress, navigate to WooCommerce > Products, and Select the product which need to export and use the Export to Square feature from the bulk actions dropdown. 
  1. Run the Export: Click Apply to start the bulk export. This process runs in the background using WP Cron, so you can leave the page and come back to check the results later. This functionality ensures the export is efficient, even for larger inventories.
