Around 2 to 3 years of total relevant experience in technology service domain.
Must have proven track record of exhibiting analytic and managerial skill.
Defines and documents customer business functions and processes.
Extract, anticipate, constraint, organize, safeguard, simplify and verify the business requirements
Define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
A Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between developers and users, clients and companies, and management and IT
Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications
Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
Candidate will also contribute during different phases of project management.
Should be proficient in technical documentation and understanding of technology enablers to help business growth.
Must be from an IT background.
